AN ACT relating to student health services. Amend KRS 156.501 to require the department of education to specify protocols and guidelines for health procedures performed by licensed health professionals and unlicensed school personnel; establish where the protocols and guidelines can be found; establish training for school personnel related to data collection of school health services.
