AN ACT relating to employment protections. Amend KRS 337.420 to make an employer only have to have one employee to be subject to the wage discrimination requirements; amend KRS 337. 423 to require no wage discrimination for what has been paid to current or past employees and prohibit an employer from discriminating aginst an employee for discussing wages.
