AN ACT relating to motor carriers. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 281 to establish the Motor Carrier Commisison; set forth membership and duties of the commisison; require the Transportation Cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations establishing a civil penalties administration for safety and tax violations; repeal KRS 281.900 and 281.905, relating to the Kentucky Motor Carrier Advisory Committee.
