AN ACT relating to the education of children living in homes with a finding of substantiated abuse or neglect. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 620 to require a parent, guardian, or other person who has been found by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to have abused or neglected a child to send the child his or her custody to a regular public day school; require any exemption to this requirement to be approved by the court; apply penalties under KRS 159.990 for violations.
