AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 32 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to terms of members of the General Assembly. Propose to amend Section 32 of the Constitution of Kentucky to prevent Senators from serving more than three full terms of office and Representatives from serving more than four full terms of office, beginning with those elected in 2018.
