AN ACT relating to railroad companies and making an appropriation therefor. Amend KRS 277.990 to increase the fine for a violation of KRS 277.200, relating to a railroad company obstructing a highway, street, or navigable stream, to $2,500 for each offense; transfer 50% of each fine collected to the law enforcement agency that issued the citation.
