AN ACT relating to motor vehicle licenses and making an appropriation therefor. Create a new section of KRS 186.020 to 186.270 to provide that information may be included in the Kentucky vehicle registration system indicating that the operator of the vehicle may be deaf or hard of hearing; create the deaf or hard of hearing protection trust fund.
