AN ACT relating to telecommunications. Amend KRS 278.5462 to require a broadband provider to retain certain enumerated records for 180; amend KRS 500.120 to specify that the Attorney General and the Kentucky State Police may issue a subpoena for a cellular phone account when there is cause to believe that the account has been used in the exploitation or attempted exploitation of children.
