AN ACT relating to occupational license taxes. Amend KRS 68.197 to make the section applicable to counties with populations less than 300,000, remove the cap of one percent on license fees; remove crediting provisions between the county and the cities, except as by agreement between the city and the county; amend KRS 68.604 to conform; repeal KRS 68.198 and 68.199; EFFECTIVE July 1, 2018.
