AN ACT relating to labor and employment overtime provisions. Amend KRS 337.010 to set minimum standards for administrative, executive, supervisory, and professional employees to be exempt from overtime provisions; require the commissioner of the Department of Workplace Standards to set the salary requirement every three years to determine who is exempt from the overtime provisions; amend 337.020 to conform; amend 337.285 to conform to federal requirements and conform.
