AN ACT relating to adoption assistance. Amend KRS 18A.202 to establish an adoption benefit program for state employees; amend KRS 36.477 to raise the adoption assistance maximums to Kentucky National Guard Adoption Assistance to $6,000 in unreimbursed direct costs related to the adoption of a child with special needs and $4,000 in unreimbursed direct costs related to the adoption of any other child.
