AN ACT relating to fees charged by third-party purchasers of property tax certificates of delinquency. Amend KRS 134.452 to reduce the limits on some fees that third-party purchasers of property tax certificates of delinquency are entitled to collect; provide that the amended limits shall apply to certificates purchased at annual sales held on or after the effective date of this Act; EFFECTIVE January 1, 2018.
