AN ACT relating to the taking of the sense of the people of the Commonwealth as to the necessity and expediency of calling a convention to revise or amend the Constitution of Kentucky, and the amendments that may have been made to it, as provided by Section 258 of the Constitution of Kentucky. Propose to take the sense of the people of Kentucky regarding the calling of a convention to revise or amend the Constitution of Kentucky, as provided by Section 258 of the present Constitution.
