AN ACT relating to taxation. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 establishing the apparently wholesome food income tax credit equaling 20% of the fair market value of apparently wholesome food donated in Kentucky; amend KRS 141.0205 to order the tax credit; amend KRS 131.190 to allow Department of Revenue to provide information to the Legislative Research Commission; amend various statutes to conform and to make technical changes.
