AN ACT relating to cost-sharing requirements for pharmacy benefits. Create a new section of Subtitle 17A of KRS Chapter 304 to prohibit a health benefit plan from requiring a copayment for pharmacy benefits that exceeds the amount the pharmacy or pharmacist would receive from all payment sources.
