AN ACT relating to school safety. Amend KRS 158.148 to require a school district's code of acceptable behavior to prohibit bullying, including bullying that is motivated by the student's race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry or ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, gender, gender identity and expression, or other distinguishing characteristics.
