AN ACT relating to employment provisions for employees on maternity leave. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 337 to require employers with 50 or more employees to provide six weeks of paid leave for maternity leave for an employee who has been employed for at least one year; allow an employee to waive the paid maternity leave.
