AN ACT relating to postsecondary financial aid, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring an emergency. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to establish the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship Program; direct the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority to administer the program; define participating institution and student eligibility for the scholarship; prescribe the calculation of the scholarship amount; require participating institutions to submit information to the authority required for the administration of the program; APPROPRIATION; EMERGENCY.
