AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education. Amend KRS 165A.310 to exempt from the definition of "proprietary school" schools or educational institutions licensed or approved by, or a course or course of study or instruction sponsored by, the Kentucky Real Estate Commission or the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board.
