AN ACT relating to the advertising of alcoholic beverages. Amend KRS 244.130 to prohibit a quota or nonquota retail package licensee from advertising or allowing to be advertised any distilled spirit, wine, or malt beverage on the outside of the premises, or in a window that can be seen from the outside of the premises.
