AN ACT relating to the operation of a motor vehicle. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189 to define the term "personal listening device"; prohibit the operator of a motor vehicle in motion traveling upon the traveled portion of the highway from operating the vehicle with personal listening devices covering or inserted into both ears; exempt headset systems used on motorcycles from the prohibition.
