AN ACT relating to academic credit for military experience. Amend KRS 164.2951 to require the Council on Postsecondary Education to develop and implement a statewide policy for public postsecondary education institutions to provide academic credit for military service and training for active duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces, Reserves, and National Guard as well as veterans of the Armed Forces.
