AN ACT relating to campaign finance. Amend KRS 121.150 to require that loans made by certain slates of candidates to their campaigns be repaid in full one year from the date the candidate or slate of candidates takes office or if the one year repayment date has already passed for those elected in November 2015, the loan is to be repaid in full by December 31, 2017; amend KRS 121.180 to require those certain slates of candidates to file a report that the loan has been repaid with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance on a form provided by the registry.
