AN ACT relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages. Amend KRS 243.240 to prohibit a quota retail package licensee from selling distilled spirits and wine for less than purchase cost and define "purchase cost"; amend KRS 243.280 to prohibit a nonquota retail malt beverage licensee from selling malt beverages for less than purchase cost and define "purchase cost"; amend KRS 244.050 to prohibit selling samples for less than purchase cost and define "purchase cost."
