AN ACT relating to teacher sick leave. Amend KRS 161.155 to allow for the donation of sick leave from teachers and employees of one school district to the teachers and employees of another school district; authorize the Department of Education to promulgate administrative regulations to establish an interdistrict sick leave donation program.
