A bill for an act providing for a state assessment for clean water imposed on agricultural commodities, including establishing procedures for referendums to establish, continue, or terminate the state assessment, the transfer of moneys to the department of agriculture and land stewardship, state sales and use taxes, the natural resources and outdoor recreation fund, the establishment of a commission and fund and the appropriation of moneys.
