Summary
Provides that a governing body of a school corporation (governing body) may (instead of shall) rent curricular materials to each student enrolled in a public school that is located within the attendance unit served by the governing body. Provides that a governing body may not require a student enrolled in a public school located within the attendance unit served by the governing body to purchase curricular materials.
