Establishes the teacher salary increase grant fund (fund). Establishes the teacher salary increase grant (grant). Provides that a school corporation must provide each full-time classroom teacher a salary increase of at least 2% to receive a grant. Provides that tax revenue collected from sports wagering shall be deposited in the fund instead of the state general fund. Makes an appropriation.
