Marital violence victims.

Defines "marital violence victim" and establishes an expedited time table for a marital violence victim in a dissolution proceeding to obtain: (1) temporary maintenance; (2) temporary child support; (3) temporary custody of a child; and (4) temporary possession of property. Specifies that a person who exerts control over the property of a spouse who has established a separate residence commits theft.
