COMPTROLLER-PAYROLL SERVICE

Amends the State Comptroller Act. Provides that the Comptroller may provide additional payroll services to all State agencies and legislative and executive constitutional officers. Allows the Comptroller to establish by rule a fee schedule for providing such services to reimburse the Comptroller for the cost of furnishing these services and the use and maintenance of any computer network and software. Provides that all fees collected for these additional services shall be deposited into the Comptroller's Administrative Fund.
