VEH CD-REG FEE SURCHARGE-MABAS
Summary
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a $3 surcharge shall be collected in addition to the current annual registration fee for motor vehicles of the first division, autocycles, motorcycles, motor driven cycles, and pedalcycles. Provides that the money collected shall be deposited into the Fire Prevention Fund for the maintenance, operation, and capital expenses of the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System.
