CONSUMER FRAUD PERMA-COOKIES
Summary
Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that a provider of wireless telephone service may not use or permit the use of perma-cookies to monitor the viewing habits of its data plan users. Provides that a violation is an unlawful practice. Defines terms.
