Summary
Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 concerning abused, neglected, or dependent minors. Provides that the court shall require the parents, guardians, custodian, or other responsible relative to provide, if known, the names, addresses, and telephone numbers for each of the minor's living maternal and paternal grandparents, maternal and paternal aunts, uncles, adult siblings, and other adult relatives.
