CONTRACTR PROMPT PAY-RETAINAGE
Summary
Amends the Contractor Prompt Payment Act. Provides that under a construction contract, it is unlawful to withhold more than 5% retainage on payments earned by contractors and subcontractors. Effective January 1, 2014.
