UNEMPLOYMENT INS REFORM COMM

Summary
Creates the Illinois Unemployment Insurance Reform Committee to study the system of unemployment insurance benefits, trust fund stability, and reforms that interested parties believe are warranted. Provides guidance for appointments. Provides that the Illinois Unemployment Insurance Reform Committee shall submit a written report of its activities and recommendations, by majority vote of the members appointed, to the General Assembly by January 1, 2015.
