CRIM CD-SEX PREDATOR-CUSTODY
Summary
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a sexual predator to knowingly assume custody or control of a minor who was the victim of the sex offense committed by the sexual predator.
