ELEVATORS-CHURCH EXEMPTION
Summary
Amends the Elevator Safety and Regulation Act. Exempts any elevator that covers 2 floors and is located inside a church that is recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Effective immediately.
