KIDCARE-ALLKIDS-MEDCAID-EXPAND
Summary
Amends the Children's Health Insurance Program Act, the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act, and the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that eligibility or benefits under the Children's Health Insurance Program, the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program, or Medicaid may be expanded only as authorized by law and may not be expanded by any other means, including agency rules or policy changes. Effective immediately.
