VEH CD-COURT SUPERVISION FEES
Summary
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that any person who, after a court appearance in the same matter, receives a disposition of court supervision for a violation of any provision of the Code or a similar provision of a local ordinance (instead of only a violation of any provision of the Code) shall pay an additional fee of $20 and an additional fee of $5 for court supervision. Amends the Clerks of Courts Act and the Unified Code of Corrections to reflect the additional fees for violation of a local ordinance that is similar to the supervision provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
