CNTY CD-CONSERVATION EASEMENTS
Summary
Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the county board of any county and the corporate authorities of any municipality may acquire agricultural land conservation easements for farmland preservation purposes. Effective immediately.
