FINANCE-ROAD FUND DIVERSIONS
Summary
Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that for fiscal years 2008 and thereafter appropriations from the Road Fund to the Department of State Police may not exceed $45,000,000, and appropriations from the Road Fund to the Secretary of State may not exceed $30,000,000. Effective immediately.
