SCH CD-CLASS SIZE REDUCTION
Summary
Amends the School Code. Under the K-3 class size reduction grant program, provides that if a school board determines that a school is using funds awarded under the program for purposes not authorized by the program, then the school board, rather than the school, shall determine how the funds are used.
