MEDICAID-TRANSPORTATION-RATES
Summary
Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Department of Public Aid to pay providers of transportation services authorized under the Medicaid program on a reasonable-cost-related basis, prospectively determined according to generally accepted accounting principles. Effective immediately.
