BOND-DUI-IGNITION INTERLOCK

Summary
Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides the the court may impose as a condition of the bail of a defendant charged with DUI that the defendant refrain from operating a motor vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock device. Provides that the court may allow a defendant who is not self-employed to operate a vehicle owned by the defendant's employer that is not equipped with an ignition interlock device in the course and scope of the defendant's employment.
