Summary
Proposes to amend Local Government Article of the Illinois Constitution. Allows the number of members of a county board to be determined by county-wide referendum or by ordinance (instead of only by ordinance). Effective upon being declared adopted in accordance with Section 7 of the Illinois Constitutional Amendment Act.
