CRIM CD-INTERNET-PORN
Summary
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Changes the offense of posting of identifying information on a pornographic Internet site to posting of identifying information with pornography on the Internet. Provides that the offense consists of posting of the identifying information along with adult obscenity or child pornography on the Internet (rather than posting of the information on an adult obscenity or child pornography Internet site).
