FIRE INVESTIGATE-FIRE PREV FND
Summary

Provides that any portion of the Fire Prevention Fund remaining unexpended at the end of the fiscal year 2004 that is not needed for the maintenance and expenses of the Office of the State Fire Marshal or the maintenance and expenses of the Illinois Fire Service Institute shall be allocated first to debt service on the Illinois Fire Service Institute and Illinois Fire Service Institute debt to the Office of the State Fire Marshal, and then to enhance the Office of the State Fire Marshal Training Reimbursement Fund for the fiscal year 2004.
