LOCKSMITH-GRANDFTHR CLAUSE
Summary
Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and Locksmith Act of 1993. Provides that a person who applies for licensure as a locksmith or business entity that applies for licensure as a locksmith agency between September 1, 2003 and December 31, 2003 shall be exempt from the examination requirement. Effective immediately.
