STATE FAIRGROUNDS ACT-USES

Summary
Amends the State Fairgrounds Act. Provides that the Department of Agriculture may arrange, organize, and hold events on the Springfield and DuQuoin fairgrounds for any purpose that the facilities and fairgrounds can accommodate. Authorizes the Department to charge and collect fees associated with the events. Effective immediately.
