SCH CD-TRANSPORT CLAIM-GEN SUP
Summary
Amends the Transportation Article of the School Code. Provides that the chief school administrator for the school district (instead of the board clerk or the secretary of the district) shall certify to the regional superintendent of schools the district's claim for transportation reimbursement by the State. Effective immediately.
